TRADING
- The Company’s primary focus of operations will be trading using the extensive strengths of the promoter gathered over the last three decades.
Plans to trade crude oil and petroleum products internationally across multiple regions including U.K., Africa, Europe, China, India and South-East Asia among others.
- Robust physical trading of crude-oil and petroleum products have been responsible for over 60% of the total revenues in the past, and the focus will continue with old and new counterparties.
LOGISTICS
- Following the acquisition, the Company will gain an additional advantage from the group’s strengths in logistic solutions.
- The Company largely benefits from the existing extensive access to both sea and land-based logistic infrastructure, through the group’s strong relationships with logistic partners worldwide.
- The combined, extensive network of logistic solutions empowers the Company to optimize its position within the global trade environment for physical commodities, logistics being a game changer.
STORAGE
- Petroforce will use the network of Ekanite (Geneva), which is partnered with various companies that enables them to use large storage facilities across regions.
- Leveraging the combined storage capabilities of the group post acquisition, further strengthens the capacity to trade physical assets seamlessly throughout various trading seasons and availability of assets.

The Company's primary focus will continue to be within three key desks: Energy, Metals, and Agriculture.
While crude oil and petroleum products (energy) take the forefront as the primary traded commodities, metals and agricultural commodities are approached opportunistically, in accordance with market availability and pricing.
ENERGY
With their primarily focus on crude oil and petroleum products since 2013, the Company is currently in the midst of a restructure, sourcing crude flows from across the Middle-East, Africa and Asia and delivering them to UK, Europe, Singapore and India.
METALS
Petroforce had previously developed two main business segments: steel and nonferrous metals. The company plans to reestablish the metals desk and re-enter the sector.
AGRICULTURE
The company is strategically planning the revival of its agriculture desk, positioning it as a pivotal yet secondary element in our future business operations.
Shipping
- Petroforce’s strength lies in its logistics and storage capabilities leveraging its new promoter’s existing network. We take pride in engaging with our new partners who have helped the Company to establish an exceptionally robust vessel fleet to support trading operations
- The combined network of logistic solutions post acquisition, empowers the Company to optimize its position within the global trade environment for physical commodities.

Storage
- In the Oil & Gas Industry, storage plays a pivotal role in a successful trading model. Petroforce was a forerunner in its ability to secure long-term storage options through key global trading hubs, including the Middle East, China, Europe, SE Asia and Africa, further enhancing its trading capabilities.
- The Company, under its new ownership, is actively exploring to add its own capacity of storage in the UAE to capitalize on available opportunities in the region.
